Job Title: CNC & VMC Quality Engineer / Senior Engineer Pilot Project (International Assignment)

Location: Kanchipuram, Tamil Nadu (initially overseas for training)

Positions Open: 10

Project Overview:

This is a unique opportunity to be part of a Pilot Project where selected candidates will be sent to an international location in Asia for 2 to 3 months. The assignment includes process training abroad, after which the candidate will be responsible for migrating the learned process to India.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct first article inspection, in-process control, and implement control plans for CNC & VMC processes.
  • Perform roving audits and process audits.
  • Monitor CNC machining yield and drive continuous improvements through tools like FMEA, SPC, PPAP.
  • Manage New Product Introduction (NPI) activities, customer complaints, and execute CAPA using 8D and RCA methods.
  • Improve process capability and implement defect reduction plans.
  • Perform cosmetic inspection, ARR, GRR, and machine part analysis.
  • Ensure quality control of CNC & VMC machined parts.
  • Coordinate and support internal, supplier, and customer audits.

Candidate Profile:

Experience & Background:

  • 4 to 10 years of hands-on experience in CNC and VMC machining processes.
  • Strong technical understanding and practical exposure to machining quality control.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma + Part-Time BE / Full-Time BE in Mechanical or Production Engineering.
  • Valid Passport is mandatory.
