Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support in managing daily operations, communications, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be discreet, resourceful, and capable of handling a dynamic workload with professionalism and efficiency.
Preferred candidate profile
Key Responsibilities
- Calendar & Schedule Management: Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements; ensure optimal time management.
- Communication Handling: Screen calls, emails, and messages; draft correspondence and respond on behalf of the executive when appropriate.
- Travel & Logistics: Organize domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, itineraries, and expense reports.
- Administrative Support: Prepare reports, presentations, and documents; manage filing systems and databases.
- Event Coordination: Assist in planning and executing events, meetings, and conferences.
- Errands & Personal Tasks: Handle personal errands, purchases, and other non-business-related tasks as needed.
- Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information and uphold professional integrity.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office, Google Workspace).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure.
- Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential matters.
