Position Overview

We are looking for a smart, proactive, and energetic Executive Assistant to support our CEO. The ideal candidate should be organized, confident, and able to manage day-to-day tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the CEO's daily calendar, appointments, and meetings.
  • Handle emails, calls, and communication with professionalism.
  • Prepare basic documents, letters, presentations, and reports.
  • Coordinate meeting logistics—rooms, arrangements, and follow-ups.
  • Assist with travel bookings (flights, hotels, local transport) and expense tracking.
  • Maintain and organize files, records, and confidential information.
  • Support in planning and coordinating office activities and small events.
  • Provide general administrative support whenever needed.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication skills (written & verbal).
  • Good organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proactive, reliable, and trustworthy.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • High professionalism and confidentiality.

Qualifications

  • Any bachelor's degree (preferred).
  • 0–2 years of experience as an EA, Admin Assistant, or similar role.
  • Freshers with strong communication and enthusiasm are encouraged to apply.
