We are seeking a proactive and result-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and have a flair for communication and lead generation, we want to hear from you
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and build a high-quality sales pipeline through outbound calls, emails, and direct marketing methods
- Qualify sales leads and coordinate appointments for the Direct Sales team
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly outreach goals
- Serve as the communication bridge between Marketing and Sales, aligning on lead generation goals
- Innovate and implement strategies to generate new leads
- Follow up with inbound leads and understand their business needs
- Research and identify key stakeholders in target accounts
- Maintain and grow the lead database within your assigned territory
- Track all customer communication and activity in the CRM system
Required Skills & Experience:
- 1+ years in Inside Sales with focus on US/Canada markets
- Hands-on experience in lead generation, nurturing, and appointment setting
- Strong internet research and prospecting skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication (email, calls, social outreach)
- Familiar with CRM tools and sales automation platforms
- Self-starter with high attention to detail and a go-getter attitude
- Prior experience in SaaS or IT sales is a strong plus
