We are seeking a proactive and result-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and have a flair for communication and lead generation, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and build a high-quality sales pipeline through outbound calls, emails, and direct marketing methods
  • Qualify sales leads and coordinate appointments for the Direct Sales team
  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly outreach goals
  • Serve as the communication bridge between Marketing and Sales, aligning on lead generation goals
  • Innovate and implement strategies to generate new leads
  • Follow up with inbound leads and understand their business needs
  • Research and identify key stakeholders in target accounts
  • Maintain and grow the lead database within your assigned territory
  • Track all customer communication and activity in the CRM system

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 1+ years in Inside Sales with focus on US/Canada markets
  • Hands-on experience in lead generation, nurturing, and appointment setting
  • Strong internet research and prospecting skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication (email, calls, social outreach)
  • Familiar with CRM tools and sales automation platforms
  • Self-starter with high attention to detail and a go-getter attitude
  • Prior experience in SaaS or IT sales is a strong plus
