Position: Indoor Collection Executive

Location: Mumbai – Vidyavihar

Salary: Up to ₹5 LPA

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls and send follow-up emails to clients for payment collection.
  • Track outstanding payments and ensure timely follow-ups until closure.
  • Maintain accurate records of collections, commitments, and communication history.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve billing or invoice-related queries.
  • Review, understand, and verify invoices before sending them to clients.
  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly collection reports using advanced Excel.
  • Visit client locations occasionally when required (rare frequency).
  • Maintain professionalism and build strong client relationships to ensure smooth collections.

Requirements:

  • Experience in B2B collections or accounts/finance coordination preferred.
  • Strong communication skills (phone and email).
  • Good understanding of invoices and basic accounting terms.
  • Advanced Excel skills – VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Reporting, etc.
  • Ability to handle client follow-ups confidently and professionally.
  • Self-driven, organized, and capable of meeting deadlines.
  • Candidates based in Mumbai or willing to relocate to Vidyavihar preferred.
