Responsibilities:Supervise, train, and motivate personnel. Coordinating with the maintenance of facilities, building, and equipment. Assist in the upkeep and preventative maintenance of assigned facilities; assist in coordinating custodial and maintenance functions. Oversee activities of contractors, Service Provider's personnel, and suppliers; monitor contracts for compliance and control costs; monitor general expenditures of the unit; perform quality control inspections to ensure adherence to contract specifications and standards. Maintain and order equipment and supplies for facility operations. Prepare scheduled and periodic reports of facility usage, maintenance, and condition. Coordinate with team for procedure development & changes. Ensure adherence to established policies and procedures, objectives, quality assurance programs, and safety standards. Implement planned preventive maintenance as per the schedule and report any repair problems.
