Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Participate in SCRUM teams, taking responsibility for QA deliverables and test artifacts, including test strategy, scenarios, cases, execution results, and end-of-test reports.
  • Perform various phases of testing, including unit, system, integration, regression, and functional testing.
  • Create and track bugs in test management tools.
  • Ensure the quality of deliverables and manage internal and external audit processes.
  • Execute formal/informal review cycles and testing sign-offs.
  • Manage eCommerce test environments and integrated systems test data.
  • Support UAT, hypercare, and business go-live testing for new markets.
  • Multi-task and prioritize across multiple tasks effectively.
  • Lead QA efforts and collaborate with product owners and development teams to provide effective solutions.
  • Ensure Agile User Stories contain appropriate acceptance criteria and regression testing requirements before releasing into the backlog.

Skills Required:

  • 5+ years of Functional testing experience, including Web & native applications, SAP, API, and DB.
  • Strong experience in Functional Testing for Web, Native Apps, SAP, API, and Database (Must-Have)
  • Hands-on expertise in Data Modelling (Must-Have)
  • Exposure to Azure cloud services and environment management (Nice-to-Have)
  • Proficient in Agile methodologies and working with SCRUM teams
  • Skilled in test management tools and bug tracking systems
  • Ability to create comprehensive test strategies and documentation
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities

Education: Bachelor's Degree in related field
