1. Assist in the development of architectural design concepts and detailed drawings.

2. Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants to integrate design solutions.

3. Review drawings, BOQs, and design documents for accuracy, compliance, and constructability.

4. Manage design deliverables through various stages of design: concept, schematic, DD, and VFC.

5. Ensure compliance with local building codes  and other statutory requirements.

6. Prepare and present design briefs and progress reports to internal stakeholders and senior leadership.

7. Conduct site visits to ensure design intent is being maintained during execution.

8. Liaise with consultants and contractors for design coordination.

9. Support in material selection, mock-up approvals, and finalization of architectural finishes.

10. Maintain documentation of drawings, approvals, and design changes.
