Job Description - Opportunity to lead Finance function for a listed organization - To work closely with the stakeholders and decision makers Job Description - Manage and oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. - Develop and implement robust financial strategies to drive business growth. - Adept in managing compliance, costing, regulatory affairs, financial reporting (Ind As) - Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory financial requirements. - Provide financial insights and recommendations to support decision-making processes. - Supervise and guide the accounting and finance team to achieve departmental goals. - Collaborate with other departments to align financial planning with business objectives. - Lead financial audits and liaise with external auditors. - Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure financial stability. The Successful Applicant A successful Deputy CFO should have: - Qualified CA (1st attempt preferred) - Strong expertise in financial strategy, business partnering, financial controllership, and compliance. - Proficiency in financial management tools and software (Eg SAP) - Leadership skills to effectively manage and mentor a team. - Experience in the plastic, polymer, packaging Industry or a related Industrial/Manufacturing field.
