We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing & Brand Development Strategist to drive our marketing initiatives and strengthen our market presence. The ideal

candidate will be responsible for creating and executing innovative marketing strategies across online, offline, and print platforms, while actively representing the company at industry events and expos.

Key Responsibilities:

● Develop and implement marketing strategies to

promote projects through digital marketing, social

media, print media, hoardings, and offline

campaigns.

● Plan and execute advertising campaigns across

various media platforms.

● Coordinate with creative teams for promotional

materials, brochures, and ads.

● Build partnerships with organizations, real estate

associations, and event planners.

Represent the company at exhibitions, expos, and

networking events to generate leads.

● Monitor market trends and competitor activities to

refine marketing strategies.● Track, analyze, and report on marketing campaign

performance.

Requirements:

● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related

field.

● Proven experience in real estate marketing

(preferred).

● Strong knowledge of digital and traditional

marketing channels.

● Excellent communication, negotiation, and

networking skills.

Ability to manage multiple campaigns

simultaneously.

● Creative thinker with an eye for detail.
