We are looking for a dynamic Education Field Executive to manage on-ground student outreach and lead generation activities across Kerala. The role includes visiting schools and colleges, conducting student engagement sessions, coordinating field events, developing community networks, and driving walk-ins to our centers.

A short self-introduction video is mandatory to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Visit schools and colleges across Kerala as per planned outreach routes
  • Conduct student interaction sessions, workshops, presentations, and awareness programs
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Principals, HODs, teachers, and community contacts
  • Collect accurate student/parent information and update CRM records consistently
  • Support offline promotional activities like distributing brochures, posters, and standees
  • Develop and manage agent networks and community channels for lead flow
  • Generate high-quality leads through field visits, referrals, and outreach efforts
  • Participate in education fairs, expos, campus events, and public programs
  • Identify opportunities for partnerships with institutions and local organizations
  • Monitor and track the effectiveness of outreach activities based on lead quality and conversions
  • Coordinate with the Sales and Counseling teams for timely follow-up
  • Drive student walk-ins to centers through offline promotions and field engagement
  • Maintain daily logs of visits, leads collected, and completed activities
  • Submit daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support campaigns and outreach initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • 0–3 years of experience in field sales, outreach, or BTL activities
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Malayalam
  • Ability to independently manage field travel, events, and outreach operations
  • Comfortable with extensive travel and meeting monthly targets
  • Knowledge of CRM tools, MS Excel, and Google Workspace
  • Mandatory: Submission of a short self-introduction video

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
