Key Responsibilities:

· Establish and nurture relationships with decision-makers such as MEPs (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing engineers) architects, interior designers, and builders to enhance the company's presence in the market.

· Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

· Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.

· Identify new business opportunities and expand our client base.

· Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

· Stay updated on industry developments and competitor activities.

· Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and support.

· Provide product demonstrations and training to clients as needed.

. Proven experience in sales roles, preferably in the plumbing, HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), home appliances, energy efficiency, or renewable energy industry.

. Diploma or Degree in Engineering: A background in Mechanical, Electrical, or HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) engineering is preferred.

. ITI Certification: A certification from Industrial Training Institutes (ITI) in relevant trades such as electrician, refrigeration, and air-conditioning can be beneficial.

. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
