Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an E-commerce Executive located in Agartala. The E-commerce Executive will manage the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform, coordinate with teams to optimize sales strategies, and oversee product listings. The role will involve tracking sales performance, managing customer accounts, and ensuring the seamless execution of e-commerce activities. Additionally, the candidate will work on building and maintaining relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and drive actionable insights.
  • Experience in Account Management and maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • Knowledge of Sales and Sales Management to optimize revenue generation and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Team Management skills to lead and collaborate effectively with diverse team members.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, tools, and best practices.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
