Job Title Regional Sales Manager- Generic Pharmaceuticals Location North East India Zone Department Sales Marketing Reporting To Zonal Sales Head National Sales Manager Job Summary The RSM will lead and manage the sales operations of the assigned region for generic pharmaceutical products The role focuses on driving sales growth achieving targets managing the field force and ensuring strong distribution and doctor coverage Key Responsibilities Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve business targets Lead train and motivate Area Sales Managers ASMs and Medical Representatives MRs Monitor secondary and primary sales product performance and market trends Build and maintain strong relationships with key doctors stockists and distributors Ensure effective implementation of marketing campaigns and promotional activities Analyze regional sales data and prepare periodic performance reports Ensure compliance with company policies pricing and ethical marketing standards Identify new business opportunities and expand market share in the assigned territory Qualifications Experience Bachelor s degree in Pharmacy Science or Commerce MBA preferred 8-12 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales with at least 3-4 years in a managerial role Proven track record in managing generic pharma products and leading sales teams Strong analytical leadership and communication skills Key Skills Team Leadership People Management Sales Planning Target Achievement Market Analysis Strategy Execution Relationship Management Territory Expansion Product Promotion Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 40 000 00 - 60 000 00 per month Work Location In person
