Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Signavio Data Engineer to design, build, and maintain data pipelines and infrastructure that support SAP Signavios Business Process Transformation Suite. This role bridges data engineering with process intelligence, enabling organizations to derive actionable insights from process mining and modeling activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Engineering & Integration:

  • Design and implement scalable ETL/ELT pipelines to ingest data into SAP Signavio Process Intelligence.
  • Integrate data from SAP S/4HANA, ECC, SuccessFactors, and other ERP systems into Signavio.
  • Ensure high data quality, consistency, and reliability across process mining workflows.

Process Intelligence Enablement:

  • Support Signavio Process Intelligence by preparing event logs and process data for analysis.
  • Collaborate with process analysts to structure data for BPMN-based modeling and mining.
  • Optimize data flows to enhance performance of Signavio dashboards and analytics.

Infrastructure & Automation:

  • Build and maintain cloud-based data infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
  • Automate data ingestion and transformation processes using tools like Apache Airflow, Spark, or Python.

Collaboration & Governance:

  • Work closely with business process consultants, analysts, and IT teams to align data engineering efforts with transformation goals.
  • Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy, and security standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelors or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.

Experience:

  • 4–6 years of experience in data engineering or analytics roles.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP Signavio Process Intelligence or similar process mining tools.
  • Experience integrating ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday) with analytics platforms.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data pipeline tools (e.g., Apache Airflow, Spark).
  • Familiarity with BPMN 2.0 and process modeling concepts.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Knowledge of data warehousing, data lakes, and event log preparation.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Ability to work in agile, fast-paced environments
