Job Summary:

The SAP Signavio Consultant is responsible for implementing, configuring, and optimizing the SAP Signavio Business Process Transformation Suite. This role involves working with cross-functional teams to analyze, model, and improve business processes, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and leveraging Signavios capabilities for process mining, governance, and intelligence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Modeling & Analysis:

  • Map and document current-state and future-state business processes using SAP Signavio Process Manager.

  • Conduct workshops to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and automation opportunities.

  • Use Process Intelligence to analyze performance and generate actionable insights.

  • Implementation & Configuration:

  • Configure and deploy SAP Signavio modules (e.g., Process Manager, Process Intelligence, Journey Modeler, Governance).

  • Integrate Signavio with SAP S/4HANA and other ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, Workday).

  • Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Collaborate with business and IT teams to gather requirements and align solutions.

  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and provide consulting expertise.

  • Facilitate enablement workshops and training sessions.

  • Governance & Optimization:

  • Establish process governance workflows using BPMN 2.0 standards.

  • Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.

  • Experience:

  • 4 to 6 years of experience in business process analysis, modeling, or optimization.

  • Hands-on experience with SAP Signavio suite and process mining tools.

  • Experience with SAP ERP systems (S/4HANA, ECC, SuccessFactors).

  • Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in BPMN 2.0, data visualization, and analytics.

  • Familiarity with ETL processes and BI tools.

  • Knowledge of APQC process frameworks and SAP best practices.

  • Soft Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
  • Ability to work in global, cross-functional teams.

Preferred Certifications:

  • SAP Signavio certifications.
  • Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
