Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage banquet sales, including weddings, conferences, exhibitions, product launches, and other events.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to increase repeat business and referrals.
  • Identify new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
  • Collaborate with hotel staff to ensure seamless event execution from planning to delivery.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive hospitality industry.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 5-8 years of experience in Banquet Sales or related field (BHM/BHMCT preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of MICE operations and ability to sell complex itineraries effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills for building strong client relationships over phone calls or meetings.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting targets set by management.
