Job Summary

Our Service Delivery Platform team is seeking a driven and innovative Product Manager to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of key initiatives in Bangalore. Key Responsibilities 

Define and drive the product vision and roadmap for the Service Delivery Platform, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.Lead cross-functional teams through the product lifecycle, from ideation and design to development, launch, and iteration.Champion exceptional UI/UX by partnering with designers and engineering to deliver intuitive and delightful user experiences across web and mobile interfaces.Collaborate with cloud architects and technical stakeholders to integrate best-in-class cloud solutions, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.Leverage your knowledge of storage infrastructure to influence product decisions, optimize data management solutions, and address evolving customer requirements.Gather and analyze customer feedback, usage data, and industry trends to inform feature prioritization and continuous improvement.Communicate product plans, progress, and outcomes clearly to stakeholders at all levels, ensuring transparency and alignment. Job Requirements
Experience: 6+ years of product management experience in technology-driven organizations, with a proven track record of delivering successful products.UI/UX Expertise: Demonstrated experience working closely with design and engineering teams to develop user-centric products with outstanding UI and UX.Cloud Proficiency: Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, or similar), including architecture, deployment, and integration best practices.Storage Infrastructure: Working knowledge of storage solutions and architectures, such as SAN, NAS, object storage, or distributed file systems.Technical Aptitude: Ability to engage with technical teams, assess platform architectures, and make informed decisions balancing business and engineering trade-offs.Leadership: Experience leading agile teams, influencing without authority, and managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects.Communication: Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.Location: This role is based in BangaloreDesirable Skills
Experience with SaaS or PaaS product management.Background in enterprise storage or large-scale infrastructure platforms.Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, and platform monitoring tools.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, globally distributed team environment. Education
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferredExperience: 8+ years of product management experience in technology-driven organizations, with a proven track record of delivering successful products.
