Sales Manager – Residential

Job Description:

·      Create and sustain a dealer network - from the residential AV sector - dealers, AV system integrators, automation integrators.

·      Build relationships with key architects for direct project acquisition

·      Build a network of high-end retail dealers

·      Create and maintain a profitable dealer network.

·      Build and sustain a network of L1 and L2 dealers based on brands.

·      Achieve brand wise targets set by management

·      Identify - conduct / arrange training for SI teams and dealers.

Desirable:

·      Technical specification ability

·      HAA or THX or DOLBY certified

·      Any behavioural training on negotiation and customer relationships

·      Preferred Industry background - high end kitchens, furniture company, lighting companies, Integration companies
