We are looking for a proactive E-Commerce Executive to manage and grow our online sales channels. The ideal candidate will oversee website orders, marketplace operations (Flipkart, Amazon, Meesho, JioMart, etc.), and ensure smooth end-to-end order processing — from product listing to customer feedback management.

Key Responsibilities

1. Online Order Management

  • Handle daily orders from our official website and online marketplaces (Flipkart, Amazon, Meesho, JioMart, etc.).
  • Coordinate order processing, packaging, and dispatch with internal teams.
  • Track shipments and ensure timely delivery.

2. Product Listing

  • Create and upload product listings with accurate descriptions, images, and pricing.
  • Regularly cross-check stock availability and update inventory across platforms.
  • Ensure listing quality and compliance with marketplace standards.

3. Stock & Inventory Monitoring

  • Monitor daily stock levels and update discrepancies.
  • Coordinate with production/warehouse team for stock alignment.

4. Marketplace Operations

  • Manage seller dashboards on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, JioMart, etc.
  • Handle order approvals, returns, cancellations, and claims.
  • Maintain platform performance metrics.

5. Customer Support & Feedback

  • Respond to customer queries and messages on all platforms.
  • Track customer reviews and feedback; coordinate resolutions.
  • Aim to improve product ratings and overall customer experience.

6. Reporting & Analysis

  • Maintain daily/weekly sales reports.
  • Review platform performance trends and suggest improvements.
  • Keep track of fast-moving and slow-moving products.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
