Job Summary:We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive with at least 1 year of experience to join our sales team. The ideal candidate should be confident in communicating over the phone in English and any one regional language (Hindi, Malayalam, or Tamil).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services.
  • Follow up on leads and close sales over the phone.
  • Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain a database of customer information and call records.
  • Provide accurate information about the product/service offerings.
  • Handle customer queries professionally and efficiently.
  • Work closely with the sales team to improve strategies and targets.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales or telecalling.
  • Fluency in English and any one of the following: Hindi / Malayalam / Tamil.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle rejection and continue with a positive attitude.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools, etc.).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
