As a Customer Service Executive, you will be the voice of our brand ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely resolutions.
  • Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction targets are met and maintained.

*Preferred candidate profile

  • Education: Graduate (any stream mandatory)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle customers with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
  • Basic computer proficiency (CRM tools experience is a plus).
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude and a passion for customer service.

  • Salary : Rs 25000 up to 35000 Per month CTC (depending on last drawn CTC) + Incentives

* Shift Timings: Shift: Male 9 am to 9 pm any 9 hours Female: 9 am to 8 pm any 9 hours6 days working 1 rotational week off
