We deliver farm fresh milk right at the door step of our 25,000 customers on daily basis. We have solved lot of challenges in our business using innovative tech solutions and now are expanding our tech team to meet the growing needs. Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email.

  • Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.

  • Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.

  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

  • Provide information about products and services to customers.

  • Follow up on customer interactions to ensure all issues are resolved.

  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Customer Care Executive or similar role.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Pay: ₹10, ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Rotational shift
  • 7am- 4pm
  • 1pm-10pm

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10, ₹29,017.02 per month
