Role Description

This is a full-time, hybrid role
for an
Experienced / Highly Motivated Telecaller (Lead Conversion Executive)
based in Hyderabad.

You will be responsible for
handling warm inbound leads
, engaging prospects over calls and WhatsApp, qualifying them correctly, and
converting them into confirmed appointments or paid consultations
for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Call
    warm inbound leads
    generated through ads and campaigns (no cold calling)
  • Qualify prospects using defined scripts and frameworks
  • Clearly explain services, programs, or consultations to prospects
  • Book and confirm appointments or consultations
  • Follow up consistently via calls and WhatsApp
  • Update lead status, notes, and outcomes accurately in the CRM
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover
  • Meet daily/weekly call, follow-up, and conversion targets

Compensation & Growth

  • Starting salary:
    ₹20,000 per month (fixed)
  • Performance bonuses:
    Based on conversions and results
  • Appraisals:
    Regular appraisals tied to performance and company growth
  • Annual earning potential:

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to speak clearly and confidently in
    English and Telugu/Hindi
    (other local languages are a plus)
  • Experience in
    telecalling, inside sales, customer support, or lead conversion
    preferred
  • Comfortable handling objections and following structured call flows
  • Basic computer skills and ability to work with
    CRM systems
  • Organized, disciplined, and consistent with follow-ups
  • Customer-centric mindset with problem-solving ability
  • Willingness to work in a performance-oriented environment
