Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecalling Executive to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, providing product/service information, and ensuring excellent customer engagement to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain company products or services.
  • Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally and resolve issues effectively.
  • Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information.
  • Generate leads and follow up on potential customers to achieve sales targets.
  • Maintain good customer relationships through regular follow-ups.
  • Meet daily and monthly call and conversion targets.
  • Provide feedback to the management team to improve customer experience and processes.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and regional languages.
  • Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, data entry).
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 12th pass / Graduate in any discipline.
  • Freshers are welcome; experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer support will be an added advantage.
