Key Roles & Responsibilities:

a. Projects may involve market entry, market sizing, competitor analysis, and industry analysis.

  • Assist various country offices in executing market research and consulting projects in accordance with established guidelines.
  • Support analysts and consultants across Spire offices in delivering timely secondary research and data analysis.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop and maintain accurate and consistent data sets.

b. Primary Responsibilities include:

  • Data collection, management, analysis, visualization, and presentation.
  • Conducting primary research, mainly through online surveys and interviews across countries.
  • Conducting secondary research to understand and analyze industry overviews and emerging trends.
  • Supporting other project-specific requirements as needed.

Requirements:

a. Academic Qualification:

  • Undergraduate degree from a top-tier institution in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. A master's degree in any discipline with strong academic records is an added advantage.

b. Analytical Skills:

  • Ability to manage and analyze large data sets effectively.
  • Communication Skills:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

c. Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly in MS Excel and PowerPoint, is essential. Knowledge of Power BI will be considered an advantage.
  • The candidate must be an excellent team player, capable of completing tasks within stipulated timelines, and should be comfortable with travel within India and abroad as required.
