We're looking for a curious, detail-oriented Junior QA Engineer who's eager to grow and learn in a supportive, fast-paced tech environment. This hybrid role, based in our Gurugram office, is perfect for someone at the beginning of their QA journey who wants hands-on experience with both manual and automated testing. You'll collaborate with developers, product managers, and business analysts to help us maintain high-quality standards across our software solutions.

Location: Hybrid – Gurugram, India (2–3 days/week in-office)
The Role
As a Junior QA Engineer, you'll contribute to product quality by executing test cases, identifying bugs, and collaborating across teams to ensure each release is smooth and impactful. You'll gain valuable exposure to manual and automated testing environments and build the foundation you need to become a QA expert.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute manual and automated test cases based on project requirements
- Identify, document, and track defects using bug-tracking tools
- Collaborate with developers to reproduce and resolve issues
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing
- Ensure software meets business and technical requirements prior to release
- Maintain test documentation including test plans and reports
- Help maintain test environments and contribute to QA process improvements
What We're Looking For We value aptitude over experience. Here's what will help you succeed:
- 1–2 years of experience in QA or software testing
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Familiarity with manual testing techniques and Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Exposure to tools like JIRA, TestRail, or similar
- Basic knowledge of automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Postman) is a plus
- Strong analytical and debugging skills
- Clear communication and excellent attention to detail

Compensation: ₹4,00,000 – ₹6,00,000 INR annually
