Responsibilities Include:

  1. Project Leadership: Direct the full lifecycle management for numerous intricate projects, from initial scoping and conceptual design through to execution and final delivery.
  2. Team Management: Supervise a team of project managers, ensuring that projects and documentation are completed within the Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  3. Client and Team Communication: Facilitate communication with clients and internal teams regarding project scope, design, and product demonstrations. Ensure comprehensive testing of the final product prior to launch.
  4. Customer Service Orientation: Ensure client satisfaction by proactively addressing concerns and maintaining a client-first approach throughout the project lifecycle.
  5. Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Account Management, Operations and Technical teams to understand high-level requirements. Evaluate and confirm proposed estimates and timelines.
  6. Content & Inventory Management : Oversee the overall inventory and content on the platform, coordinating with product and partnership teams to ensure updates and availability are timely.
  7. Product Collaboration: Partner with the Product Team on new initiatives and enhancements for existing products.
  8. Process Establishment: Develop and maintain strong processes to track project deliverables and milestones throughout the project lifecycle. Identify, manage, and resolve project issues.
  9. Expectation Management: Clearly and promptly communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders.
  10. Operational Oversight: Supervise operational tasks, coordination, and reporting related to projects.
  11. Strategic Project Leadership: Lead and manage strategic projects on behalf of management.
  12. Reporting: Prepare and distribute weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree.

  2. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.

  3. Experience in utilizing project management tools such as JIRA.

  4. Proven expertise in story-writing and creating Business Requirements Documents (BRD).

  5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability in problem-solving.

  6. Proven ability to lead effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and results-oriented team environment.

  7. Positive attitude and demonstrated ability to influence other functions/stakeholders.

  1. Formal Project Management Certification.
