Responsibilities

  • Serve as the single point of contact for customers related to Microsoft Azure issues.
  • Learn and use ground-breaking technologies.
  • Apply advanced troubleshooting techniques to provide outstanding solutions to our customer's individual needs.
  • Drive customer communication during critical events.
  • Contribute to knowledge sharing within a community (e.g. team, practice, or project).
  • Work with other Consultants to ensure all relevant information is available to resolve incidents or fulfill service requests.
  • Coach and mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge in resolving complex cases.

  • Raise incident tickets with Microsoft under our Premier Support arrangement with the approval of the Team Lead.

  • More than 3-4 years of relevant experience in managing and coordinating Azure services, Azure Networking, Azure IAAS, Azure DevOps

  • Experience in implementing and supporting Azure infra services such as Log Analytics, Monitoring Services, Cloud Backup Services, and Site Recovery Services.
  • Fundamental experience with Azure cognitive services (ML, AI, etc.), Azure DevOps, and Azure Data & Databases.
  • Knowledge in handling the network related issues in Azure.
  • Experience in Azure SQL DB and migration would be an added advantage.
  • Good to have additional  hands on exprience around Azure services such as Azure Synapse, Azure Data Factory, and Azure Databricks.
  • Good oral and written communication skills in English (C1 level required).
