Job Title: Team Lead - New Customer Acquisition

Location: [Call Centre Goregaon East]
Role OverviewThe Team Lead New Customer Acquisition & Health Check will be responsible for managing a team that drives onboarding, engagement, and customer health initiatives. The role focuses on ensuring that every new customer is properly onboarded, profiled, and continuously engaged through structured calling and feedback processes.
Experience & Qualifications
- Graduate (preferred in Commerce, Marketing, or Business Administration)
- 3-5 years of experience in tele-sales, customer onboarding, or retention roles
- Prior experience managing teams in B2B or service-oriented environments preferred
L&T SuFin is a B2B Ecommerce Platform which will leverage L&Ts deep knowledge and capabilities in Procurement (through its huge volume of annual procurement) and Logistics, Financing, and IT solutions.
