Role Overview

ElevenX Capital is seeking an experienced Senior Legal Counsel who thrives at the

intersection of law, business, and technology. The ideal candidate will have extensive

experience in drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing technology and SaaS contracts

for global IT/software companies. This role requires excellent commercial judgment,

outstanding communication skills, and a practical problem-solving mindset aligned with

fast-paced business environments.

Key Responsibilities


• Draft, review, negotiate, redline, and finalize a wide range of technology and

commercial agreements, including:

o SaaS Agreements

o Master Service Agreements (MSAs)

o Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)

o Statements of Work (SOWs)

o Technology Licensing & IP Agreements (must-have)

o Vendor and Procurement Contracts


• Mitigate legal and contractual risk while ensuring business agility and deal velocity.


• Support India and US compliance functions — including data privacy, governance,

and internal controls.
• Provide clear, actionable legal advice to leadership, product, sales, and operations

teams.


• Maintain organized version control, contract repositories, and documentation

standards.


• Collaborate closely with US legal and business teams during overlapping working

hours.

Qualifications and Experience


• 5+ years of experience in corporate legal roles, preferably with IT or SaaS product

companies.


• Proven hands-on expertise in contract drafting, negotiation, redlining, and risk

interpretation.


• Strong command over technology contracting and intellectual property terms.


• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a consultative approach.


• Familiarity with India and US compliance frameworks (data protection, export

control, privacy laws).


• Ability to work onsite in Gurgaon during US business hours (mandatory).
