Sales- F&B Background

The Corporate Sales (B2B) role focuses on generating and managing sales from corporate employees and consumer groups through tie-ups with companies, events, and promotions. Responsible for building relationships at the corporate level, driving bulk and repeat orders, and meeting revenue targets for the F&B business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop corporate tie-ups to drive employee meal plans, discounts, and offers.
- Promote brand offerings (burgers, Indian cuisine, delivery services, catering, etc.) directly to corporate employees.
- Organize and participate in corporate events, food trials, and promotions.
- Drive bulk orders, group bookings, and delivery sales from corporate hubs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate HR/Admin teams to facilitate promotions.
- Generate leads through field visits, networking, and referrals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with corporate clients and end consumers for repeat business.
- Coordinate with operations and delivery teams to ensure smooth execution of orders.
- Track sales data, prepare reports, and suggest strategies to improve consumer reach.
Skills & Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to influence and engage with corporate employees at events/activations.
- Proven sales skills in B2C, retail, or hospitality sectors (F&B preferred).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple activations.
- Goal-oriented with strong negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel locally across outlets/corporates.
Qualification & Experience:
- Graduate in Business, Marketing, or Hospitality.
- 13 years of experience in B2C corporate sales/activations / field sales.
- Prior F&B / QSR / retail sales experience preferred.
