Position Summary We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer with 7–10 years of expertise in managing and executing impactful design projects. This role requires a strategic thinker who can lead business presentation design, UI/UX ideation for marketing collaterals, and event concept execution while managing a team of designers.

The ideal candidate should have a strong creative vision, leadership in presentations, and expertise in designing digital and print assets. Responsibilities 1. Business Presentation Design & Visual Storytelling

  • Design and craft high-impact business presentations based on strategic objectives, ensuring clarity, engagement, and brand consistency.
  • Develop visually compelling pitch decks, business presentations, and marketing proposals with a strong narrative flow.
  • Work closely with leadership teams to translate business insights into effective data visualizations, infographics, and storytelling elements.2.

UI/UX of Business & Marketing Collaterals

  • Conceptualize and execute user-friendly UI/UX designs for marketing assets such as landing pages, digital brochures, and interactive content.
  • Ensure all digital touchpoints, including websites and apps, are visually engaging, easy to navigate, and aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Apply human-centered design principles to create impactful user experiences that drive engagement.3.

Event Conceptualization & Visual Identity

  • Develop end-to-end event design strategies, ensuring cohesive storytelling across digital and print touchpoints.
  • Lead the design vision for events, including stage backdrops, digital screens, props, banners, invitations, and event branding materials.
  • Collaborate with events manager and marketing team4.

Leadership in Presentations & Stakeholder Communication

  • Guide brainstorming sessions and lead presentation design strategies to ensure visually compelling storytelling.
  • Work closely with senior stakeholders to align design presentations with business objectives and ensure consistency.
  • Create and deliver professional presentations, articulating the rationale behind design choices and their alignment with business goals.
  • Utilize storytelling techniques to enhance the impact of design concepts during presentations.

5. Digital & Print Communication Design

  • Design high-impact brochures, flyers, social media creatives, email templates, and digital advertisements for marketing campaigns.
