What you'll do:

  • Support payroll processing for 1,400+ team members across different geographies, including India, Japan, EMEA and the US
  • Support payroll operations across multiple countries, managing different pay frequencies, currencies, and statutory requirements
  • Collaborate closely with Finance and regional partners to ensure payroll accuracy, data integrity, and compliance
  • Maintain and reconcile payroll accounts, supporting month-end close and audit processes
  • Stay current on international payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements, identifying opportunities for process improvement
  • Assist with payroll system updates, testing, and implementations to enhance efficiency and scalability
  • Provide exceptional service to team members by responding promptly to payroll inquiries and resolving issues with professionalism
  • Support reporting and analytics efforts for global payroll metrics

What you'll bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of experience processing and supporting global payroll in a multinational organization
  • Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or equivalent international certification preferred
  • Strong English language skills both written and verbal
  • Strong working knowledge of payroll regulations, tax compliance, and labor laws across multiple regions (e.g., North America, EMEA, or APAC)
  • Experience with enterprise payroll systems such as Dayforce or ADP Celergo
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to collaborate across functions and cultures
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining a commitment to accuracy and compliance

  • The starting pay for this role is 2,000,000 INR per annum.
