Inside CoinDCX's Growth & Marketing Team:
Our Growth & Marketing team is the engine behind CoinDCX's user acquisition and market expansion strategies. We experiment, analyze, and optimize to drive exponential growth and engagement. If you're data-driven, creative, and passionate about scaling businesses, join us in taking CoinDCX to new heights in the blockchain industry.

You need to be a HODLer of these:

• 10+ years of design experience across creative agencies, design studios, or in-house brand teams with at least 2–3 years in a team leadership/design management role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing cross-channel campaign work, digital-first design, and high-volume creative production.
• Experience in consumer tech, fintech, youth, or D2C brands preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

You will be mining through these tasks:
Design Leadership

• Own the visual execution of key brand and growth campaigns across product, social, ATL/BTL, and CRM.
• Ensure brand consistency in all design output, while encouraging experimentation and innovation in formats and styles.
• Partner with the Head of Creative to evolve CoinDCX's visual identity, templates, UI kits, and scalable design systems.
• Provide design & video direction, critique, and feedback to designers and motion artists - raising the creative bar across the team.
• Collaborate with copywriters, product marketers, and media teams to ensure visuals and narratives work in tandem.
• Push boundaries by championing new-age design tools and GenAI to rethink how we solve creative challenges at scale.

Strategic Thinking & Execution

• Break down creative briefs and translate them into clear visual concepts with impact.
• Lead select presentations and reviews with senior stakeholders across marketing, growth, and leadership
• Drive high-priority campaigns and product GTMs from a design POV across formats like landing pages, banners, videos, OOH, etc.
• Contribute to campaign planning and creative sprints, ensuring ideas are on-brand, on-strategy, and on-brief.

Creative Operations & Team Management

• Help manage internal team workflows, project pipelines, and task prioritization to meet deadlines without sacrificing quality.
• Guide junior and mid-level designers on layout, typography, motion, and conceptual thinking.
• Collaborate with freelancers and external design partners where needed, maintaining quality and consistency.
• Track creative performance using engagement metrics, brand recall studies, and iterative A/B testing data.
