An invitation is extended to engineering students and recent graduates for an engagement designed to provide empirical experience within the electronics manufacturing sector. Future Ecotronics solicits applications for the position of PCB Manufacturing Intern to be based at its facility in Raipur.

This appointment represents a substantive opportunity for immersion in the end-to-end printed circuit board fabrication sequence, commencing with raw material inspection and culminating in final product validation. The selected individual will acquire practical competencies and theoretical knowledge across all operational domains of the facility.

Scope of Responsibilities and Didactic Engagement:

  • Operation of high-velocity Computerized Numerical Control (CNC) drilling and routing machinery.
  • Engagement with advanced conveyorized wet process lines, inclusive of direct metallization, copper and tin electroplating, and chemical etching protocols.
  • Acquisition of proficiency in the application of Liquid Photoimageable (LPI) and Dry Film Resist (DFR) solder masks through the utilization of Ultraviolet Light Emitting Diode (UV LED) exposure systems.
  • Accumulation of experience in final finishing processes, such as Hot Air Solder Leveling (HASL), V-Grooving, and the execution of quality assurance inspection protocols, including Bare Board Testing (BBT).

Prerequisites for Candidacy:
Candidacy is predicated upon current matriculation in, or recent completion of, a Diploma or Bachelor's degree program in Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, or a cognate discipline. The prospective appointee is expected to possess a demonstrable proclivity for electronics manufacturing, exhibit meticulous attention to detail, and be prepared for engagement in a practical, production-oriented environment.
