Role Overview:
We are seeking a Business Development Executive who excels in outbound sales, SaaS sales, and software sales. The ideal candidate should be a target-driven professional with strong customer persuasion skills and a passion for revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through outbound sales calls and follow-ups.
- Pitch and sell SaaS-based software solutions to potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive business growth.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain key features to prospects.
- Identify new business opportunities and convert them into long-term clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead conversion strategies.
What Were Looking For:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in outbound sales, SaaS sales, or software sales.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to convince potential customers.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales automation platforms is a plus.
