Position: Back Office Support (Female)

Industry: Cables & Electrical Industry (Experience Preferred)

Number of Positions: 2

Location: Sales Office Near Rajghat, Delhi (Excellent Metro Connectivity)

About the Role

We are looking for female candidates with experience in the Cables or Electrical Industry to handle back-office coordination, tele calling, and customer support.

The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, and proficient in computer operations and Excel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle tele calling / telesales to acquire new customers and maintain client relations.
  • Prepare and send price quotations and related documents in Excel.
  • Follow up with customers for payments and pending orders.
  • Coordinate with the factory for order status, dispatch details, and delivery updates.
  • Prepare Raw Material Purchase Orders (POs) and follow up with suppliers.
  • Maintain proper records, reports, and communication with sales and accounts teams.
  • Ensure smooth back-office support for the sales department.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum 45 years in a similar back-office or sales support role.
  • Education: Graduate (preferably in Commerce or related field).
  • Strong command over Excel and computer applications.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Preference for candidates with Cables / Electrical industry background.

Compensation

Salary Range: 18,000 30,000 per month (depending on experience and skills)
