B2V focuses on Climate Smart Farming, Livelihood, Rural Development, empowering farmers with innovative techniques and enhancing livelihood opportunities through community-driven initiatives.We are looking for a dynamic and committed professional to assist the Founder in his day-to-day activities.Location: RanchiSalary: Up to ₹12 LPA (based on experience & expertise)Key Responsibilities:- Calendar & Communications Management: Serve as the primary gatekeeper and liaison. Proactively manage a complex schedule, coordinate high-priority meetings, screen calls/emails, and draft/proof executive correspondence. - Travel & Logistics: End-to-end management of and logistics, preparing detailed itineraries and managing related expenses/compliance - Information & Project Support: Prepare, compile, and summarise confidential reports, presentations (e.g., for Board/Donor meetings), and meeting minutes. Track and follow up on key action items and strategic projects on behalf of the Founder. - Office & Stakeholder Liaison: Maintain the smooth operation of the Founder's Office. Act as a professional, discreet point of contact for staff, Board Members, government officials, and key institutional donors/partners.✅ Eligibility Criteria:- Proven experience (3+ years) as an EA/PA reporting to senior leadership. - Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure. - High level of discretion and proven ability to handle confidential information. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Knowledge of Hindi/regional languages is a plus). - Proficiency in MS Office Suite and digital calendar management tools (e.g., Google Workspace/Outlook).Send your CV at: contact@backtovillage.org#Hiring #HiringPost
