What You Will Own

Project Delivery and Team Support

• Lead execution of information management, change management, BIM coordination, and design review workflows.
• Translate project requirements into an actionable plan, track progress, and ensure work is delivered with quality.
• Provide constructability insights and contribute to change or variance analysis.
• Grow into the role of project coach to support predictable outcomes across workstreams.
• Monitor and compare planned versus actual project costs, update forecasts, and report variances to support effective project controls.
• Identify risks early, assess impact, and escalate concerns to maintain smooth delivery.

Customer Engagement

• Support client interactions by clarifying requirements and aligning deliverables with expectations.
• Build trust through reliable communication and consistent quality.

People Development

• Mentor project engineers and new team members on workflows, tools, and delivery methods.
• Provide feedback and support technical and professional growth.
• Contribute to a collaborative, accountable, and high-performing team culture.

Process and Innovation

• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and tools.
• Partner with innovation teams to pilot automation or AI-enabled solutions.
• Document lessons learned and support the development of shared standards and best practices.

A day in this role

The day begins with reviewing priorities, open items, and any risks that need attention. You look at model updates, documents, and change requests to ensure the information going to the team is accurate and current. Short conversations with project managers, engineers, and field teams help align what needs to move first. You support client check ins by preparing updates or clarifying next steps. You guide junior team members on technical questions or workflow challenges. You spend time coordinating with cross functional groups so information flows without gaps. You also explore improvements in the way work is done by trying new tools or refining steps that can reduce rework. Before wrapping up, you capture key learnings, update trackers, and prepare for what the next day will require.

What you should bring

• A degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.
• Three to seven years of experience in construction operations, including document management, BIM coordination, change management, or closeout.
• Strong understanding of building systems and proficiency with tools such as Revit, Navisworks, Revizto, BIM 360 or ACC, and Procore.
• Good understanding of planning, estimating, and construction systems.
• Proven ability to take ownership of project delivery.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Interest in mentoring and contributing to process development.
