Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience and qualifications)

Job Overview

We are looking for a Junior Engineer to assist in the execution of interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will support site activities, coordinate with vendors and contractors, and ensure that all works are completed within timelines and quality standards. This role requires a hands-on approach, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively under the guidance of senior engineers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and execution of fit-out works, including partitions, flooring, painting, false ceilings, etc.
  • Supervise daily site activities and prepare progress reports.
  • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Conduct quality checks and ensure adherence to safety and site standards.
  • Support senior engineers in resolving on-site technical issues and challenges.

Qualifications

  • Education: Diploma / B.Tech in Civil, Interior, or Mechanical Engineering
  • Professional Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Office and AutoCAD preferred

  • Ability to read technical drawings and take accurate measurements
  • Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong teamwork and site supervision capabilities
