Key Responsibilities:

  • Measurement & Verification
  • Verify executed electrical works (HT/LT panels, cabling, earthing, lighting, DG sets, etc.) at site.
  • Prepare measurement sheets and quantity abstracts as per drawings and BOQ.
  • Cross-check quantities with site engineers and ensure accuracy.
  • Bill Preparation & Submission
  • Prepare subcontractor and client bills as per approved rates and specifications.
  • Ensure deductions, taxes, and escalation clauses are correctly applied.
  • Submit bills within the project billing cycle and follow up for approvals/payments.
  • Documentation & Record Maintenance
  • Maintain supporting documents such as measurement sheets, test reports, drawings, and approval notes.
  • Keep records of all correspondence related to billing and payments.
  • Coordination & Reporting
  • Coordinate with the project, planning, and accounts departments for billing updates.
  • Provide monthly billing summaries, reconciliation reports, and cash flow forecasts.
  • Assist in resolving client/contractor billing disputes or clarifications.
  • Cost Control & Analysis
  • Monitor material consumption and compare it with billed quantities.
  • Track project progress against financial targets.
  • Assist in preparing cost reports and budget utilization statements.

Qualifications & Experience:

Education: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering

Experience: 2–5 years in electrical project billing and measurement

Software Knowledge: MS Excel, AutoCAD (for measurement verification), ERP/Billing software, MS Office

Preferred: Experience in infrastructure/building electrical works with knowledge of IS & IE rules

Skills Required:

  • Strong understanding of electrical drawings and BOQs
  • Proficiency in quantity measurement and billing procedures
  • Knowledge of contract terms, rate analysis, and project documentation
  • Good coordination and communication skills
  • Accuracy, time management, and attention to detail

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
