Designation: Software Engineer – PRISM Billing System

Work Mode: Remote

Working Hours: 6:00 PM – 12:00 AM

Salary: ₹1,25,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Software Engineer with hands-on expertise in the PRISM Billing System. The ideal candidate will be responsible for development, configuration, customization, issue resolution, and ongoing support within the PRISM billing environment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure billing accuracy, system reliability, and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, configure, and customize PRISM billing system modules.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve billing-related issues and system errors.
  • Perform data analysis, validation, and reconciliation for billing cycles.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth billing operations.
  • Implement system enhancements, automation, and performance improvements.
  • Generate and maintain technical documentation.
  • Support daily operations and provide timely issue resolution.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience working with the PRISM Billing System.
  • Strong understanding of telecom billing processes and workflows.
  • Hands-on experience in system configuration, scripting, and troubleshooting.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in telecom domain projects.
  • Knowledge of related billing/OSS/BSS systems.
  • Ability to work in evening shift timings.
