The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales and expanding the customer base for Ramagya Papers' range of art, copier and writing paper products within the Lucknow region. This is a field-oriented role that requires actively seeking out new business and maintaining strong relationships with existing paper dealers, wholesalers, retailers, and corporate clients.

  • Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for various paper products (e.g., A4/A3 copier paper, writing paper).

New Client Acquisition: Actively seek out new sales opportunities and prospective clients through cold calling, market visits, networking, and direct sales efforts across Lucknow.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key customers, including stationery shops, corporate offices, schools, and government institutions.

Product Presentation & Demonstration: Prepare and deliver professional presentations to potential clients, clearly articulating the features, benefits, and competitive advantages of the company's paper products (e.g., Maple, Monarque brands).

Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules to close profitable deals.

Market & Reporting

Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new selling possibilities, market trends, competitive activity, and potential customer needs.

Inventory Coordination: Collaborate with the operations/logistics team to ensure timely order fulfillment, availability of stock, and smooth delivery of bulk orders.

Reporting: Create frequent reviews and reports on sales and financial data, customer feedback, and territory performance for management.

Complaint Resolution: Promptly and professionally handle customer complaints and objections to ensure high client satisfaction

The Sales Executive role would primarily focus on B2B (Business-to-Business) sales to other dealers, institutions, and businesses in and around the city.
