ob Description:We are looking for a smart, confident, and customer-oriented Sales Girl to join our jewellery store team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a pleasant personality, and a passion for sales and customer service.

As a Sales Girl, you will be responsible for greeting customers, understanding their jewellery needs, showcasing products, and ensuring a delightful shopping experience.

  • Key Responsibilities:Welcome and assist customers in selecting jewellery pieces based on their preferences and budget.
  • Provide detailed product information, including metal type, purity, gemstone details, and design features.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain high standards of customer service.
  • Handle billing, packaging, and ensure proper product display in showcases.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the display counters.
  • Manage customer queries, complaints, and ensure satisfaction.
  • Keep updated knowledge about new arrivals, ongoing offers, and jewellery trends.
  • Support the store team in daily operations and stock management.
  • Requirements:Minimum education: 10th / 12th pass or above.
  • Previous experience in jewellery or retail sales preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Presentable appearance and polite behaviour.
  • Basic computer and billing knowledge (POS system experience is an advantage).
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
