- Manage and respond to customer inquiries via email and chat.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve process goals and objectives.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of products and services.
- Identify and escalate potential issues to senior management.
- Analyze and report on customer feedback and process performance.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Strong understanding of non-voice processes and email chat backend operations.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Experience working in a BPM/BPO industry is preferred.
