Sr. HR Executive

We are Hiring HR Executive will be responsible for managing various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll coordination, and compliance with company policies. The role involves maintaining a positive work environment, ensuring smooth HR operations, and supporting management in achieving organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding).
- Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.
- Manage attendance, leaves, and payroll coordination.
- Draft and issue offer letters, appointment letters, experience certificates, and other HR documents.
- Assist in implementing HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Organize employee engagement activities and company events.
- Address employee queries and grievances in a timely and professional manner.
- Support performance management and appraisal processes.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth HR operations.
- Prepare HR-related reports and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- min 3 years of experience in HR operations
- Good understanding of HR functions and labor laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (e.g., Excel, HRMS).
