This is a rare and high-value role for someone who wants to learn MBA-level management concepts, data analytics, and project execution directly from the coursework of a top IIM executive MBA program. As an associate, you will receive free access to course videos, readings, and assignments across multiple subjects taught by IIM professors. Your work will directly contribute to real academic submissions and practical business projects - giving you both skill-building and portfolio experience.

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

  • Review full video lectures on subjects including media & communication management, B2B marketing, marketing analytics, business simulation, and other analytics-focused modules to build strong conceptual understanding.
  • Extract key concepts, frameworks, and actionable insights from each subject and develop well-structured summary content for every topic/module.
  • Design polished, professional PowerPoint presentations as per given templates and brand/academic guidelines.
  • Transform complex academic material into simplified, manager-friendly slides for better business understanding and practical use.
  • Execute end-to-end subject-wise projects involving data cleaning, data analysis, visualization, market research, case study analysis, simulation-based decision-making, and business/ statistical analytics modeling.
  • Prepare and submit analytics-ready project deliverables in the form of Excel files, PPTs, dashboards, and detailed reports.
  • Coordinate closely with the mentor to align all content, projects, and presentations with course objectives and academic expectations.
  • Ensure timely submission of all assignments and projects while maintaining high standards of accuracy, clarity, and academic integrity.
