Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated MBA (Finance) professional to join our research team. The role involves preparing daily and monthly newsletters covering Foreign Exchange, Currency, Metals, and Oil & Gas sectors. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a keen interest in global markets, and the ability to synthesize both qualitative and quantitative data into actionable insights.


• Conduct in-depth research and analysis on FX, commodities, and energy markets.


• Prepare and publish daily and monthly newsletters with market trends, forecasts, and commentary.


• Monitor macroeconomic indicators, geopolitical developments, and sector-specific news.


• Perform quantitative analysis using historical data, charts, and statistical tools.


• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all published content.


• Collaborate with internal teams to align research output with business needs.


• Maintain and update internal databases with relevant market data.


• Utilize MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for reporting and presentation.


• Conduct efficient internet-based research and manage data from multiple sources.

Required Qualifications & Skills:


• MBA in Finance or equivalent postgraduate qualification.


• Strong understanding of financial markets, especially FX, commodities, and energy.


• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).


• Experience with internet research and handling large datasets.


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


• Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.


• Prior experience in financial research or market analysis is a plus.


• Preferred Attributes:


• Familiarity with Bloomberg, Reuters, or similar financial platforms.


• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
