Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Fitness Sales and Operations Manager in Gurugram. The Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing sales targets, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing exceptional customer service. The Manager will also develop and implement operational strategies, analyze performance metrics, and coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth functioning and growth of the facility.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills to assess performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Proficiency in Operations Management to ensure efficient and effective day-to-day operations
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact with clients and address their needs
  • Proven track record in achieving high levels of Customer Satisfaction
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • Previous experience in the fitness or wellness industry is a plus
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
